Found a problem, or a pool that doesn't feel right? Email [support email] and include your device model and iOS version — we read everything and usually reply within two working days.
How do I play? Every canvas was painted one rectangle at a time. Tap the pigments in the order they were laid down — slot 1 is the bottom layer, the last slot is the top. The walkthrough can be replayed any time from the seasons screen.
What is ink for? Ink (墨) reveals layer edges and gives hints. You earn ink by solving pools with three stars, and can buy more in the ink stone. Every pool is solvable without spending any ink at all.
My progress disappeared. Progress is stored on your device, so deleting the app removes it. Cloud sync is planned for a future update.
Restore purchases? Ink is a consumable, so it is credited immediately on purchase. If a purchase was interrupted, force-quit and reopen the app; if the ink still hasn't arrived, email us with your App Store receipt and we'll put it right.
